Calendar Creator 4

Calendar Creator has sold more than 2 million copies since its inception a number of years ago and there is a reason for it. It is simply the finest calendaring program on the market.
It has it all: graphics which can be inserted into each calendar location, varied type styles (as many as you want) for different kinds of activities, the ability to integrate several lists of happenings into one calendar, reminders, truly outstanding printouts, a wide variety of built-in styles and the ability to create your own, the option to place banners across several days to highlight multi-day events.
You name it. Calendar Creator has it.
CALCREATOR   Well, look here. The 12:15 appointment with Bobby Mann is a dental appointment. Its a one-time thing and sets up in about 15 seconds. The heartworm pill reminder uses a custom graphic which combines a photograph of the dog in question with, what else, a heart. The City Council meeting, with the custom City logo, is also uses a custom font. Does this stuff make these calendars easy to read or what?
There is a lot more, including what I consider to be the best feature of Calendar Creator – as feature, as far as I know, unduplicated in any other calendar program.
Calendar Creator calendars span months. I looked far and wide several years ago for a program which would do this. Except for Calendar Creator, I am still looking.
The truth is, whether you are looking at a screen display or a printout, you want to be able to see two-three weeks in advance. Only Calendar Creator lets you do this. Every other program on the market shows calendars a month at a time. When it gets to May 25, that means you either print out two calendars or you guess as to whether you can meet with Mr. Jones two weeks from Wednesday. Not with Calendar Creator!
And, as a bonus, you are not limited to calendars of four weeks, either. I generally set  my calendar to be five weeks, so I can always see a month in advance.
The repeating dates features of Calendar Creator are extremely flexible, allowing you to set up as many as three rules for any event. The "third Monday of the month" is a breeze, but so is the "third Monday of the month except for January and February."
You can also set repeating events for "other" kinds of things. Calendar Creator handles Easter perfectly and has an entire module built in for the Hebrew calendar, which is based on the lunar cycle. Jewish people can keep track of death anniversaries and all the Jewish holidays with this feature.
Calendar Creator also keeps track of birthdays, anniversaries and the like by number. All you do is go to the actual, original, date of an event and it will count up the years each year for you. It helps a lot with spouses birthdays or to keep you out of trouble when asked "I bet you don't know how many years we've been married."
The program comes with several thousand art elements for use as graphics in calendars and includes an album program to help select appropriate artwork. The album is a full-fledged program which can accomodate additional graphics at easily.
The printing options are rich, with every option from poster- to pocket-sized. However, we very much like using Singletrack's
Fine Print Driver to produce a pocket-sized full-color copy of the calendar which can be very handy to have.
Finally, you can have "fat days" when there is just a lot to be put on the calendar. Sure, Calendar Creator has an "overflow" option for those crowded days, but by using the "fat" feature, you can avoid the overflow for busy times.
Calendar Creator is a great program. If you have to keep track of yourself, or others, it is absolutely the best choice.
